4 cups pecans
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350F
Spread the pecans on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes (watch them as these can burn easily, you’ll know they’re done when you can small them!)
Let pecans cool slightly and add to a food processor with the remaining ingredients, pulse until you have a crumbly texture (see above photo)
On the Table
I love adding this to roasted veggies and salads!
Note: stores well in an airtight container in the fridge for weeks!
